Upon appointment, we carried out a full review of the existing site conditions, subcontractor performance, outstanding procurement packages, and health and safety compliance. A revised programme was developed to prioritise critical activities, mitigate delays, and maintain continuity across all trades. Strong communication with the client, consultants, and supply chain was essential to rebuild confidence and establish clear project direction.Despite inheriting significant challenges, including incomplete documentation, programme delays, and coordination issues, we successfully restructured the delivery strategy and increased on-site productivity through proactive management and close monitoring of progress. Weekly reporting, short-term programming, and collaborative problem-solving ensured risks were identified and addressed quickly.

The project was completed within the required 18-week period, achieving the client’s operational deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The successful delivery demonstrated our ability to manage complex recovery projects, work under pressure, and provide effective leadership in challenging construction environments.
