GPMM Build Limited was set up and incorporated in 2017 by Paul Greengrass and Gary Simpson, combining their extensive experience in project management and commercial construction.
From the outset, their vision was to create a company that delivers value-added construction services, providing clients with not only high-quality builds but also expert cost planning and project management.
With years of hands-on experience across both the residential and commercial sectors, Paul and Gary understood the challenges clients face during construction projects. They wanted to create a company that brings clarity, efficiency, and peace of mind to every project.

Gary has been in the construction industry for over 35 years and has gathered a wealth of experience as a Project Manager. GS Project Management was set up and incorporated back in 2017 offering project Management services to a range of clients, from developers, main contractors and sub-contractors. Recent projects that Gary has been involved with.
- PM for a private developer for a scheme of 9m houses in Lodge Road, Croydon (new Build).
- PM for a private developer for a scheme of 35 apartments in South Street, Romford, value worth circa £6.5M over 18 months.
- PM for a private developer for a scheme of 13 apartments in Margate, which was a part refurbishment and part new build, value circa £1.5M
- PM for a private developer of 65 apartments in Surbiton which was an office to residential conversion, with a value of £8M.

Paul has been a Quantity Surveyor for over 25 years and has held significant positions on projects with values up to £75 million. He has been fortunate enough to work on contracts overseas in New Zealand, Australia, Africa and the European Union. In recent time specialised in claims, final accounts, and contract disputes. He has extensive knowledge of project management techniques, the design and construction process and is supported by his wide experience in all methods of construction dispute resolution. In addition, the combined strength of having QS Support as both your onsite QS and PD means most issues are highlighted, checked, reported, and resolved within one central team with aligned values giving our client, the maximum value and control. Recent projects Paul has been involved with.
- Bishops Hall Kingston – Development of 26 apartments, with a value of £4M. working for a private developer as QS/CA, and working alongside the Bank’s Monitoring QS, over a period of 18 months on site. Part new build, part refurbishment of a Grade II listed building.
- Ebbsfleet Garden City – Post contract support to both Ebbsfleet Council and Balfour Beatty on a £26M project for a new bridge and associated infrastructure works. All works on a scape agreement between the parties.
- Harbour Terrace Ramsgate – A mixed site of 9 apartments, retail and a roof top bar and terrace. Value of 3.6M. Role was to act as CA/QS to the private developer, and working alongside the Bank’s Monitoring QS, over a period of 12 months on site.
