The Sulgrave Club Hammersmith: Formation of new WCs on the ground floor in the existing nursery entrance area.  Construction of extension at the rear of the ground floor. Installation of new mechanical and electrical services in areas of new works. Redecoration in all areas. Circa £1M

Marine Terrace Margate: Refurbishment of 13no apartments, which was part of a refurbishment and part new build with a circa £2M.
